Ingredients

  • 700 g flank or skirt steak
  • Juice of 3 limes and 1 orange
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Blue corn tortillas
  • Onion, cilantro and salsa verde

Instructions

  1. Whisk the citrus juices, garlic, cilantro, oil and spices into a marinade.
  2. Marinate the steak for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Grill over high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
  4. Rest 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  5. Serve on warm tortillas with onion, cilantro and salsa verde.
