Ingredients
- 700 g flank or skirt steak
- Juice of 3 limes and 1 orange
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Blue corn tortillas
- Onion, cilantro and salsa verde
Instructions
- Whisk the citrus juices, garlic, cilantro, oil and spices into a marinade.
- Marinate the steak for 1 to 2 hours.
- Grill over high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
- Rest 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Serve on warm tortillas with onion, cilantro and salsa verde.
