Ingredients
- 8 tomatillos, husked
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 white onion
- Juice of 1 lime, salt
Instructions
- Roast the tomatillos and serranos until softened and lightly charred.
- Blend with cilantro, garlic, onion and lime.
- Season with salt and thin with a little water if needed.
