Ingredients
- 4 large roma tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes into small, uniform pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add the minced onion, jalapeños, cilantro and garlic.
- Squeeze the lime juice over everything and season with salt.
