Ingredients
- 400 g tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Oaxaca or cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
- 1/2 cup black beans, warmed
- Mexican crema, salsa roja, guacamole
- Cilantro, lime and queso fresco
- Sour cream optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the meat, beans, jalapeños and cheese evenly over the chips.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with crema and salsa.
- Top with guacamole, cilantro, queso fresco and lime juice.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
