Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 white onion, finely diced
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash with a fork to your desired consistency — chunky or smooth.
- Gently fold in the diced onion, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic and tomatoes.
- Squeeze lime juice over everything and season with salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or alongside any Mexican dish.
