Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/4 cup Mexican crema
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • Chili powder and lime
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Grill the corn, turning, until charred in spots.
  2. Mix crema and mayonnaise, then brush generously over the corn.
  3. Roll in cotija cheese.
