Ingredients
- 500 g cooked shredded chicken
- 3 tomatoes, 1/2 onion
- 2 chipotles in adobo
- 2 garlic cloves
- Tostada shells
- Refried beans, avocado, crema, lettuce, queso fresco
Instructions
- Blend tomatoes, chipotles and garlic into a sauce.
- Sauté sliced onion, add the sauce and simmer.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and cook until glossy.
- Spread beans on tostadas, top with tinga, avocado, crema, lettuce and cheese.
