Ingredients

  • 500 g cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 tomatoes, 1/2 onion
  • 2 chipotles in adobo
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Tostada shells
  • Refried beans, avocado, crema, lettuce, queso fresco

Instructions

  1. Blend tomatoes, chipotles and garlic into a sauce.
  2. Sauté sliced onion, add the sauce and simmer.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and cook until glossy.
  4. Spread beans on tostadas, top with tinga, avocado, crema, lettuce and cheese.
